Watch the On-Demand Webinar: Keeping Up with Healthcare Project Information Overload:
A Panel Discussion with HDR

Healthcare project teams today are facing an unprecedented challenge: too much information, spread across too many systems, with too little structure. As healthcare projects grow in complexity, teams must manage massive amounts of planning, design, equipment, standards, and operational data while maintaining alignment across stakeholders and disciplines. Without the right strategy, information overload can quickly lead to miscommunication, rework, delays, and costly project inefficiencies.

In this on-demand panel discussion featuring healthcare leaders from HDR and dRofus, we explore practical strategies for managing healthcare project information more effectively—from early planning through project delivery. Drawing on real-world healthcare project experience, the discussion focuses on how teams can reduce complexity, improve collaboration, and transform fragmented data into structured, actionable information that drives better project outcomes.

You’ll hear firsthand insights into how healthcare organizations and design teams are navigating growing information demands, why structured data matters more than ever, and how a centralized “single source of truth” can help maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Why healthcare projects are increasingly impacted by information overload
  • The risks of fragmented, disconnected project data across teams and systems
  • How poor information management contributes to rework, delays, and coordination challenges
  • Practical strategies for organizing and structuring complex healthcare project information
  • How leading healthcare teams improve collaboration and decision-making through centralized data
  • The importance of flexibility, categorization, and standardization when managing large datasets
  • How dRofus helps teams manage, validate, and connect planning and project information across the building lifecycle
  • Best practices for maintaining long-term access to valuable project data after project completion
